SBSHレジストレーション

PocketPC

PocketBreezeは購入時と現在のバージョンが一緒だったらしく、レジスト済み情報で無事に登録できました。
一方PocketWeatherの方はメジャーバージョンアップしているため、以前の登録内容ではレジストできませんでした。


そこで、アップグレードを申し込もうとしたのですが、SBSHのサイトにはアップグレードの記述はあるものの、どこでどうやってアップグレードすればいいのかの記述がありません。


仕方がないので、サポセンに問い合わせしてみました。

Version and Build: 2.0.6

Device model: Treo 750v

Operating system: WM6

Message: I have a registration code of PocketWeather ver 1.x.
My registration code is:
Username: 登録メールからコピペしたメアド
Key: 登録メールからコピペしたキーコード

I cannot find updrade page on your web site.
Could you show me the link to upgrade page?

Note: The email address I used for ver 1.x registration is NOT valid any more. I want to use the new one for my upgrade.

Unfortunately I was unable to locate this email address on our databases.

Do you recall if you might have used a different email address when registering our applications? If so, can you please email me the email address that you have used to register our application with?
