3. New option added to the Password dialog box, allowing PhatNotes to temporarily remember the password. While password is remembered, you can view, edit, search, and export notes that match this password.
4. New option added to the Options dialog box, that allows showing colors in the notes list.
とあるのでリソースの変更がありそうです。
