JapaneseなのにChinese charactersが通じるか？

I understand and appreciate your security policy.
Please find the attached 3 files; Card & License(1).tif, Card & License(2).tif, and Passport.tif.
I am in Japan, so my drivers license shows Chinese characters.
On credit card and passport, you can see the same English name; YYY YYY. You can also see the same Chinese characters on passport and drivers license, which locates lower right of passport (signature of bearer) and left top of driver's license.

I cannot find any other documents with English and Chinese characters on the same sheet.
